ClaimArchitect was developed by co-founders Kambiz Kamdar, a fourth-generation builder and licensed general contractor, Frank Renfro, a software developer and entrepreneur, and Mike Furnari. The team combines decades of Los Angeles construction expertise with modern technology.

How It Works
Homeowners submit their insurance policy and current rebuild estimate. ClaimArchitect analyzes documentation using AI, digitally reconstructs the home in CAD, captures exact dimensions and quantities, and applies local labor and material pricing. Every valuation is reviewed and signed by a licensed general contractor. Reports are delivered within 7-10 business days.
Early Results
In early cases, ClaimArchitect has identified significant differences between initial estimates and construction cost valuations—including one case showing a $1.7 million difference ($1.6M initial vs. $3.3M valuation) and another with an approximately $700,000 gap. Results vary; every situation is unique.
Service Terms
ClaimArchitect is available for a flat fee with a money-back guarantee if the valuation doesn't exceed the homeowner's existing estimate. The service is designed for high-value homes with potential rebuild costs in the high six figures or above.
