To: All persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Nikola Corporation ("Nikola") securities during the period June 4, 2020 through February 25, 2021, inclusive (the "Class Period").

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and an Order of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona that the above-captioned action (the "Action" or "Class Action") has been certified as a class action on behalf of the Class, as defined above.

This Class Action alleges that Nikola and certain former officers and directors violated federal securities laws by making statements which contained material misrepresentations, or omitted material facts necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading, in violation of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Defendants deny all of Lead Plaintiffs' allegations and deny any wrongdoing or violation of law. Please note: at this time there is no judgment, settlement, or monetary recovery.
